Can I prepare practice for a whole class at once?
Yes. Create a class with your student list, choose all learners or a smaller selection, and prepare their practice together. Each sheet uses the saved words and support for that learner. You can print the whole pack from the class practice view.
Can different learners have different support?
Yes. Apply a practice level and line size to the whole class or a practice group, then adjust individual learners where needed. The options include Trace and try, Copy from a model and Independent writing. You can also edit individual words, including names.
Can I print without creating online assignments?
Yes. The class preparation workflow includes a print-only preview. It prepares paper practice without creating or changing online assignments. If you want learners to revisit the activity through personal access, choose the assignment workflow.
How do students open their assigned practice?
Students use their personal link or a printed QR access card. You can create a class pack of access cards, with six cards per printed page. Keep each card with the named learner: anyone with that link can use the learner’s practice space.
Does participation tell me how well a child can write?
No. The app shows participation events such as opened, started and practised. Practised is self-reported; it does not assess handwriting quality, establish mastery or verify who used a personal link. Use your own observation and teaching judgement to choose the next step.
Will editing a lesson change practice I already assigned?
Later edits do not automatically change assigned practice. Class preparation lets you review the saved version and decide whether to keep a current assignment or assign an updated version. You can reuse a previous round’s learners and support settings when preparing another week.
Can I keep student access cards for later?
Print the cards or save the pack as a PDF while the tab that created it remains open. For security, the links used for that access pack are retained only in that tab. If the pack is no longer available, return to the class page to create a new one.
