The right people.
Saved activities, practice links and personal student access serve different purposes. Choose the one that fits your lesson.

Children practise.
Adults stay in charge.
Children do not need an email address, password, date of birth or full legal name. Adults prepare activities and manage student access.
For assigned lessons opened through personal student access, the app records opening, starting and marking a lesson as practised. A public practice link keeps its “practised” self-report only in the current page. Neither is a handwriting assessment, and the app does not record a child’s physical writing.

What information does the app use?
Adult account information, workspace membership, your preferences, saved words and settings, and any student display names, assignments and participation records you create. The authentication service manages adult passwords.
Can adults manage their information?
Settings lets you edit your display name. Students lets you manage learner names and access. Account and data includes downloads, leaving a workspace, ownership transfer and deletion. Shared teaching material stays with its workspace owner when an adult account is removed.
